GENERAL

1. Where is the resort located? Where can I find the directions?

4. Can I bring pets?
Pets are allowed inside our premises. 

5. Check In Check Out Time?
The check-in time is 3 pm checkout is next day 12

2. Do you have onsite laundry service?
Yes. We provide onsite laundry on request. 

SUITE Types

1. Can I generally request an extra bed for a third person in our suite and at what costs?
Extra bed is available for an additional charge.

2. Can we get extra beds in the suite for children?
In general one extra bed for one child is available at a minor additional charge. 

PRICING

1. Are the rates per person or per suite?
All rates are per suite per stay, unless stated differently.

2. Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, we will not charge you a reservation fee.

4. Do you offer special discounts ?
We provide the best available rates for the dates of your stay. You can go to our "Special Offers " page under "About" section to see the existing offers we provide. 

Credit Cards and Payments

1. What are the different modes of payment available for booking?
We offer multiple payment options like Bank transfer, UPI, credit cards, Debit cards, payments through QR code and various other payment app.

Reservation Process

1. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
When you have completed the booking process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your booking details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print it out. Within a couple of minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information on booking as well as the hotel’s contact details.

3. I have booked a hotel suite but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?
The most common reason for not getting a booking confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your booking. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to nestbycraftels@gmail.com

5. How many suites can I book in one reservation?
Only 1 suite can be booked in any one reservation if available. If you want to make a reservation for more than 2 suites, please send an email to nestbycraftels@gmail.com

2. Can I book a suite by telephone or email?
Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone or email. But if you need assistance of any sort you can always call u or send an email to nestbycraftels@gmail.com.

6. How can I confirm that you have received my reservation?
We will send a confirmation message on your registered email after you complete the booking process. 

7. Can I book a hotel for day use?
Unfortunately it is not possible to book a hotel for just one day . The minimum that can be booked through our website is for one night.

Hotel Policies and Facilites

1. What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
The check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12 pm. If you are going to arrive late or very early, we advise you to inform us.

3. Is late check-out available?
We advise you to inform us for late check-out requests. 

2. Can I still check-in if I arrive late at the hotel?
We advise you to inform us when you are checking in late.

4. How do I request an early check-in or late check-out with the hotel?
We advise you to contact us for an early check-in or late check-out request. 

Cancellation

1. Do I pay a cancellation fee?

In order to avoid a cancellation fee from the hotel, please make sure you cancel on time according our cancellation policy. 

3. How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?
After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to nestbycraftels@gmail.com

2. How can I cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel your reservation or send us a request for a modification by calling us or sending an email to nestbycraftels@gmail.com
