GENERAL

1. Where is the resort located? Where can I find the directions?

The resort is located in Cabo de Rama, South Goa.

3. Can I bring pets?

Pets are allowed on our property.

2. Check In Check Out Time?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM the next day.

4. Do you have on-site laundry service?
Yes. We provide on-site laundry on request. 

SUITE Types

1. Can I generally request an extra bed for a third person in our suite and at what cost?

An extra bed is available for an additional charge.

2. Can we get extra beds in the suite for children?

In general, one extra bed for one child is available for a small additional charge.

PRICING

1. Are the rates per person or per suite?
All rates are per suite - per stay, unless stated differently.

3. Do you offer special discounts ?

We offer the best available rates for the dates of your stay.

2. Do I pay a reservation fee?
No, we will not charge you a reservation fee.

Credit Cards and Payments

1. What are the different modes of payment available for booking?

We offer multiple payment options such as bank transfers, UPI, credit and debit cards, QR code payments, and other payment apps.

Reservation Process

1. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

Once you complete your booking, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear showing your booking details and number. We recommend printing or saving it. Within a few minutes, you’ll also receive an email confirmation with booking information and the hotel’s contact details.

3. I have booked a hotel suite but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not receiving a booking confirmation email is an incorrect email address. Please double-check your details before finalizing. Sometimes, our email may land in your spam folder. If you still don’t receive it, please email your booking number and details to nestbycraftels@gmail.com

5. How many suites can I book in one reservation?
Only one suite can be booked per reservation, subject to availability. If you’d like to reserve two or more suites, please email us at nestbycraftels@gmail.com

2. Can I book a suite by telephone or email?
We currently do not take bookings by telephone or email.

However, if you need assistance, you can always call us or write to nestbycraftels@gmail.com.

4. How can I confirm that you have received my reservation?

Once your booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with all the details of your stay.

6. Can I book a hotel for day use?

At the moment, we don’t provide day-use bookings. The minimum stay available on our website is one night.

Hotel Policies and Facilities

1. What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
If you’ll be arriving very early or late, just let us know so we can assist you.

3. Is late check-out available?

Please inform us in advance for any late check-out requests.

2. Can I still check-in if I arrive late at the hotel?
We advise you to inform us when you are checking in late.

4. How do I request an early check-in or late check-out with the hotel?
We advise you to contact us for an early check-in or late check-out request. 

Cancellation

1. "Do I have to pay a cancellation fee?"

To avoid cancellation charges, we request that you cancel within the timeline mentioned in our cancellation policy.

3. "How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?"
After you cancel your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.
