POLICIES
1. CHECK-IN: Please present a valid ID card at check-in. Your documents will be returned upon departure.
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
2. DEPARTURE/CHECKOUT: Check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Please inform reception if you wish to extend your stay. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the normal suite tariff.
Please Note: If the guest fails to vacate the suite on time, the management reserves the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the suite.
3. GUEST BELONGINGS: Guests are requested to lock their suite when stepping out. Electronic safety lockers are provided for storing valuables.
The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guest belongings or personal property anywhere within the premises (including suites or lockers), for any reason whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.
4. PETS: Pets are allowed inside the hotel premises, subject to individual pet assessment.
5. OUTSIDE FOOD: Outside food is not allowed inside the hotel premises.
6. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or anyone for whom they are responsible.
7. PARKING: Nest by Craftels provides spacious parking facilities.
However, the hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to cars or personal items kept inside vehicles.
8. CANCELLATION & REFUND:

9. AMENDMENT POLICY : Amendment/ reschedule will be treated as cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will take up to 7 days to process.
